It's one of the qualifying campaign's most nervy moments as four teams in a group all enter the final day with an equal chance of reaching the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Ghana, Guinea, Togo and Uganda all enter the last day certain of a place if results go their way.

Ghana and neighbours, Togo will renew their bid of qualifying for next year's tournament when they clash at the Tamale Stadium on Wednesday at 16:00GMT in the final Group E match.

After stumbling to a surprise defeat in their penultimate game in Uganda, the Black Stars who are still top in the group with 8 points will only need a draw to reach the tournament in Equatorial Guinea.

Despite that, there's still enough work to be done by the Black Stars to reach their goal.

“We have to go all out in that game and I am sure we will qualify for the Nations Cup,” said attacker Christian Atsu.

The last meeting between the two was in September with Ghana finishing 3-2 winners.

Ghana's passionate home crowd will be cheering on the Black Stars. However, Togo, with an equal chance of making it would be up for the nervy finish.

Though very close, the final round of matches will certainly produce the embarrassment of some teams possibly sitting out the tournament.

Stand-in Black Stars coach Maxwell Konadu who has striker Jordan Ayew available after returning from suspension is confident of qualification as he also runs the rule over the fitness of captain Asamoah Gyan.

“We have our destiny in our own hands," said Konadu.

“We just need to go out there in Tamale and beat Togo. I think a win against Togo will be okay and everybody will be refreshed and take things from there.”

Ghana will be without Andre Ayew, who is out due to injury.
