An Accra High Human Rights court has today, Friday November 21 dismissed King Faisal's legal suit seeking for a judicial review of a ruling by the Ghana Football Association's Appeals Committee.
The Kumasi based club's petitioned the GFA at the end of the 2013/2014 Ghana Premier League season to deduct points from Aduana Stars for late payment of a fine.
The case was dismissed by the Disciplinary Committee of the FA and also by the Appeals Committee.
King Faisal however resorted to the law court to have the issue resolved.
On Thursday, an earlier court ruling quashed King Faisal's request for the Disciplinary Committee's ruling to be reviwed.
The final case will be heard on 8 December.
