Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah has been handed a one-match ban for getting sent off in Parma's Serie-A defeat to Udinese.
The 22-year-old received a second bookable offence in the 4-2 defeat on Monday will now miss Parma's next game in the Italian top flight at home to Genoa.
Acquah has started all five Serie -A games for Parma so far this season.
His ban will thus be a blow to Roberto Donadoni's side who have lost as many as four games this campaign.
Acquah will only be eligible to play for Parma again in their 7 th week fixture Atalanta on October 19.
