Ghana will face West African neighbours Liberia in the 2015 CAF Cup U23 finals first qualifying round.
The Black Meteors will host the first leg at dates yet to be announced by the Confederation of African Football.
A successful two-legged tie for Ghana will see them play Congo in the second qualifying round.
Should they survive that test too, they will face Nigeria in the final qualifying round which looks like a difficult qualification route for Malik Jabir's boys.
The second edition of the CAF U23 Cup will be hosted by DR Congo from 5-19 December next year.
The two three finishers at the finals will qualify to the 2016 Olympics Games to hosted by the city of Rio de Janeirio.
