Appiah in venomous response to 'FAKE' coach and 'FOREIGNER' Nana Kwaku Agyemang for questioning his Black Stars credentials

Kwesi Appiah has taken a massive swipe at self-acclaimed coach and football pundit Nana Kwaku Agyemang for questioning his credentials as coach of the Black Stars – calling him a 'FAKE' coach and a 'FOREIGNER' who ought not to speak on issues concerning Ghana national teams.

The dread-lock haired radio presenter has on several platforms sought to belittle Appiah's CAF License A certification as only fit for 'Physical Education teachers'.

Agyemang, who claims to be a coach of UEFA License B certification has also questioned the capacity of Kwesi Appiah and his tactics deployed during games – linking it to his 'inferior' coaching certification.

But the soft-spoken coach in a venomous response says Nana Kwaku Agyemang does not deserve to speak on issues concerning Ghanaian national football teams because he is a foreigner who has only bought a Ghanaian citizenship.

“I don't believe he [Nana Kwaku Agyemang] is a coach that is why he is talking like that,” Appiah said during an interview on Metro TV's Good Evening Ghana show.

“Because of he is a coach he will know that these courses are from FIFA and it is done based on your location.

“So if you are in Europe, you do the UEFA one and if you are in Africa, you do the CAF one. That is why it is called FIFA/CAF course and it is organized by FIFA alongside CAF.

“I don't want to attack him because he keeps getting on my nerves. I believe Ghanaians should be talking about Ghana football.

“The Black Stars is for Ghanaians – we talk about our national team.

“He is a foreigner and should talk about – may be Kotoko or Hearts of Oak.

“He shouldn't go talking about our own national team.  We have suffered for the national team from youth up to now.

“If I a Ghanaian is criticizing or talking about my knowledge or anything,  I don't have a problem; but not a foreigner who bought  the name 'Nana Agyemang'.  So he should not criticise me.”
