Guinea will have to play the Black Stars at a neutral ground after CAF confirmed they are still not permitted to host 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers matches in their country.

CAF's decision to bar Guinea alongside Liberia and Sierra Leone from hosting matches on their territories due to the Ebola outbreak still holds.

A new assessment of the situation will be discussed later this month in consultation with the World Health Organization and the CAF Medical Committee.

The CAF Executive Committee is scheduled to meet on 19-20 September 2014 at the African Union (AU) Headquarters in Addis Ababa, to decide on further precautionary measures with respect to countries hit by the Ebola outbreak.

Guinea played their opening qualifier in Casablanca where they triumphed 2-1 over Togo but lost to Uganda 2-1.

The Syli Nationale are expected to host the Black Stars on 10 October.
