Diego Costa hit his first hat-trick for Chelsea on Saturday as the Blues came from a goal down to beat Swansea City 4-2 at the Stamford Bridge to maintain their 100% record in the Premiership.

The Swans took the game to Jose Mourinho's side from the blast forcing them to committing unnecessary errors.

Garry Monk's side got the opener in the 9th minute when John Terry put the ball behind his own net in an attempt to clearing Wayne Routledge's cross into the box.

The Welsh club continue with their dominance in terms of possession in the first half but could not prevent Diego Costa from finding the net as the Spanish striker equalized in the 45th minute from Cesc Fabregas' corner.

Back from the dugout, Jose Mourinho brought on Ramires for Andre Schurrle. This tactical change by the Portuguese tactician ensured that the match became a mere window dressing one ahead of their Champions League match against Schalke next week.

Diego Costa scored two more goals in the 56th and the 67th minute whiles new signing Loic Remy came from the bench to add one more in the 81st minute to give Chelsea a 100% record to the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League.
