France, Germany, Norway and Spain have all qualified for the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™. The four nations qualified in their penultimate qualification matches on Saturday 13 September in the UEFA group stage.

With four more countries qualified, exactly half of the 24 finalists for next year's competition are now known. The FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™ Qualifiers will continue through 27 November 2014 with two more nations to qualify from Europe, two or three nations to qualify from South America, three nations to qualify from Africa, one nation to qualify from Oceania, and three or four nations to qualify from CONCACAF.

Both Norway and Germany are former FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™ champions, with Norway winning in 1995 and Germany winning in 2003 and 2007. France has finished as high as fourth place at the most recent finals in 2011.

As for Spain, this marks their first qualification for the FIFA Women's World Cup™ finals.

On Wednesday 17 September, one more nation will qualify through the group phase, with either Sweden or Scotland to win Group 4. Following the group phase, the four best second-place teams will advance to a playoff to determine one more European spot for next year's finals.
