Sampson Deen, Chief Executive Officer of African Origin Travel and Sports Tourism had to plead for mercy at the tail end of his submission to the Commission of Inquiry into the Brazil 2014 on Wednesday for a statement he passed to his lordship Senyo Dzamefe.
Making his submission, Mr. Deen claimed to have purchased 217 tickets from the GFA at a unit price of GHC 275.22 for which he's praying the commission to help him recover GHC 59,722.74 from the World Cup Secretariat.
Mr. Deen told the Commission that for strategic reasons he had to secure match tickets in other to help easy facilitation of visa for his clients.
"You said you bought match tickets to secure visa's for your clients so can I say you took a bad risk?," Justice Senyo Dzamefe quizzed.
"My lord if you so wish," Sampson Deen said.
"Did I you say that if It's my wish?," Justice Dzamefe asked.
"My lord I'm sorry," Sampson said.
" I'm asking you a question and you are telling me if it's my wish?," Justice Dzamefe asked.
"My lord I'm sorry. Please forgive me and I withdraw the statement," Sampson Deen added and made the sign of cross.
