Burning Issues In Central Region Football Association In Ghana Are:

1. Payment of officiating fee of 800gh and 900gh before being allowed to play the league aside affiliation fee of 1200gh and clubs being asked to pay the Transportation of match officials when they come to officiate home matches at the 2nd Division league is very bad and killing the clubs softly.

2. Elections-District Football Associations and Executives Committee, out of the 23 Districts in central Region only 6 are said to be having District Football Associations Formed according to M.N.S. Doe in an interview on Asempa fm on the Mother -day 2014, why the 17 Districts left?

He has intentionally refused to form the District Football Associations 17 Districts in central region of Ghana just to deprive those Districts of the benefits of football to the talented players, clubs, families and the entire districts. The regulation requires M.N.S Doe to do it. he MUST be remove from office. he cannot do it. This action is inimical to the development of football in those 17 Districts in Central region of Ghana.

3. Charging of clubs of yellow cards 75gh and Red card 150gh is inimical to the development of the football at the 2nd division level in central region of Ghana. simply because, he has never in in his life time since 1993 he came to power as the Regional football association Chairman been able to secure a sponsorship for the 2nd division league. for 23 years that he has been in power he has not been able to organize things right such that potential sponsors would be attracted to come on board.

intimidation and treats are his leadership style and all that he knows.He knowledge level on using sports as a tool for development in communities and society at large is very little or minimal and as such exhibited great ignorance on the regulations and the status and this is killing the 2nd Division clubs in central of Ghana.

In view of these all the 2nd Division clubs in central region MUST team up and vote him out of power during this years congress to allow more young knowledgeable, dynamic, skilled and committed people to assume position to develop football in modern ways for the betterment of the clubs, players and the communities at large. The power to change M.N.S Doe is in the hands of the 2nd division Club officials who represent the clubs at the general meeting or congress. it is time to change M.N.S. Doe. United we Change M.N..S Doe. l have already dealt with the treat and the intimidation.

Education on the regulation and the status is the solution and am still on it on the media platforms in Ghana. what is left, is you the club chairmen and officials being bold to stand on your feet to vote him out of power during the congress. lets be bold and save central region football by removing M.N.S doe from office.

4. Audited accounts/report. Never received a copy upon several demands made by the clubs. Look here, GFA has released its audited account to congress members so why not Central Region Football Association.

The various RFAs must have published their audited accounts to all clubs before GFA congress. Who has received a copy of the audited account of the central region Football Association for 2013/14 football season. l have posted that of GFA on my Facebook so use it to demand that of RFA from M.N.S. Doe.

5. Budget before the start of the league. He has never presented budget before the start of the league, this time we are not going to agree/allow this to happen. He must present budget at the general meeting before we start the league this season. l am more interested in the scientific report on red and yellow cards amount recorded for the season. in Ghana only central region that red and yellow card charges are being applied. cross check check this facts with other regions of Ghana.

6. Sponsorship- Never in his life time of over 23 years in power as RFA Chairman in central Region of Ghana.

7. FIFA/GFA Rules and Regulations/Statutes printed out for all registered teams 2nd Division free of charge.

8. Publication of all registered teams in central region and their players before the start of the league.
