GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report that Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg have inquired about securing Ghanaian teenager Alimeyaw Salifu on loan from Italian side Hellas Verona.
According to GHANASoccernet.com sources, Verona are open to negotiation but they would prefer a permanent deal.
Salifu, the former Bechem United player, was sold to the Serie A side last year.
The 19-year-old had a successful debut season and was named the best U20 player for Verona.
The teenage sensation also won best player award in the 2014 edition of the Trodeo Oreficeria Aido Rossi tournament.
He played 19 matches in the Campionato Primavera Girone B and all 5 matches in the Viareggio Cup for Verona last term.
