The legal representative David Duncan has poured cold water on reports gaining currency that the former Hearts of Oak coach is close to agreeing a deal with Great Olympics.

Lawyer Amoah Larbi says his client will be available on the transfer market after 10 November.

Duncan, 50, had his contract with Hearts unlawfully terminated last November and won a legal dispute worth GHC 86,500.

Fred Pappoe, a director of Olympics, announced on Wednesday that the club were 99% through to resigning Duncan.

“We had a contract with Accra Hearts of Oak and in order not to complicate the issue we will like to wait till the contract runs out,” Larbi told GHANAsoccernet.com

“After the 10th of November any team that will approach him we can consider.

“We have turned down several offers both home and abroad just to make this case simple and less complicated.”
