Arsenal will have to pay the release clause of Columbian international Juan Quintero if the Gunners are to have a chance of signing the 21-year-old according to the Daily Express.

Porto are not willing to do business if the £32 million release clause is not met.

Quintero's agent Ricardo Calleri said:
'Porto have never talked about negotiating the sale of Juan Quintero... in order for him to leave, a club has to pay his buy-out clause.'

West Ham United have completed the signing of Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson on a season long loan.

Jenkinson said after signing:
'I was flattered to have a lot of options but, deep down, if I was being honest with myself, West Ham was always the place I wanted to go to.'

Chelsea
The Times report West Ham United have made contact transfer talks with former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o. The 33-year-old left the Stamford Bridge outfit at the end of last season.

Liverpool
The Daily Star reports Liverpoll are planning a double transfer swoop for Spanish defenders Alberto Moreno of Sevilla and Javier Manquillo of Atletico Madrid.

Manchester City
England international James Milner says he signing a new contract with Manchester City will depend on the amount of football time he gets. Milner said of his future with the club:

' I love it here and hopefully I can be here for a long time to come. But that's determined on how much football I get. I just want to feel like I'm contributing.'

Manchester United
Manchester United are close completing a £20 million transfer deal for Germany international Mats Hummels.

The conclusion of the deal is however slightly dependent of the Red Devil's English Premier Leauge rivals Liverpool. The Daily Mirror reports Borussi Dortmund want to sign Liverpool's 21-year-old Tiago Ilori on a season long loan before sanctioning the Hummels to Manchester United deal.

Napoli have confirmed their interest in Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini who is deemed surplus requirement at the club after just a year of signing in a £27.5 million deal.

Atletico Madrid are planning a £14 million transfer bid for Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa having already enquired about the availability of the player, reports the Daily Express.

Manchester United new manager Louis van Gaal has reserved the number 7 shirt for Juventus player Arturo Vidal according to Chilean newspaper La Tercera.
