Dauda Lutterodt assistant coach for the Local Black Stars, has been appointed as the coach for the U-17 team of Accra Hearts of Oak.
The former Power fc coach was named in a ceremony on the premises of Metro TV on Thursday to help unearth talent to feed the senior team of the club.
In addition to Lutterodt'd appointment, Herbert Addo, Saban Quaye, Edward Ansah and Steve Bugri have been unveiled as the head coach, Team Manager, Goalkeepers' Trainer and assistant coach of the Phobians, respectively.
Lutterodt believes the Youth level needs much attention, because it is the foundation of any successful team.
'I am pleased to be appointed as the coach of the U-17 team of Hearts of Oak, because it at this level that players are trained on the techniques of the game,' he said.
Dauda Lutherodt, supported Maxwell Konadu to help the Local Black Stars to a second place finish in the 2014 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
