Al Ain feel proud to have their striker Asamoah Gyan amongst the Best 50 players in the world - a poll conducted by international football website; Goal.com.
The Ghana captain was named as the 35 best player in the world following another impressive year for both club and country to represent the second successive time the cub has had representation in that impressive list.
The Goal 50 is an annual poll conducted by Goal.com which seeks to recognize the various level of performance of leading players all over the world.
This year's poll sees Portugal and Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo emerge no.1 with his bitterest rival Lionel Messi dropping to third.
Netherlands star Arjen Robben placed second a reward for his fabulous World Cup campaign with the Oranje.
Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan featured prominently in the prestigious list to honour himself, his nation and his club Al Ain.
The feat by the Black Stars striker is now serving as a massive campaign tool for the Dubai-based club used to get on over their rivals and to entice other world top stars to join the club.
"I believe that the presence of Al Ain in the list for the second season in a row, positive indicators about the value of the stars who were massing their ranks of the club,' Al Ain Team Manager Alsbana observed.
'And no doubt that the choice of Amuri in the list of 2013 Jian in 2014, as a moral good motivation for all the team of their colleagues."
Gyan scored 29 goals in the league last season to retain his top scorer's prize for the third successive season.
He is currently also the leading scorer in this season's Asian Champions League.
The ex Sunderland hitman impressed in Ghana's disappointing World Cup campaign in Brazil where he scored two goals in three games to smash the record of the all-time leading scorer for the Black Stars.
