Sulley Muntari endured a disappointing night as captain of AC Milan when the Italian side played English Premier League Champions Manchester City on Sunday.
Milan were all but done in the game against Manchester City the ten minutes following Stevan Jovetic's opener in the 12 minute. Scott Sinclair doubled the lead for City before Jesus Navas added a third halfway through the first half of the game.
Iheanacho scored City's fourth goal before Ghana international Sulley Muntari pulled one back for Milan who went into the first half break 4-1 down.
Ghana midfielder Michael Essien came on after the first half break but it was Stevan Jovetic's second goal of the night that made the mark on the second half.
At the end of the game between the Italian side and English side, AC Milan 1-5 Manchester City.
Sulley Muntari was substituted in the 68 minute of the game with Saponara taking his place.
