Bangladesh name Rubel Hossain and Imrul Kayes in ODI series with West Indies

Pace bowler Rubel was a surprise omission from for the three-match ODI series with India last month, which Bangladesh lost 2-0.

He is the country's second highest wicket taker of 2014 but did struggle to make an impact at the ICC World Twenty20.

Imrul made a half-century in his solitary ODI appearance this year against Pakistan and was the highest scorer in Bangladesh A's tour of the West Indies in June.

Dropped from the squad is all-rounder Ziaur Rahman, who made just two runs and failed to take a wicket in the India series.

Former skipper Shakib Al Hasan is also missing due to a six-month ban imposed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board for "serious misbehaviour".

Bangladesh will travel for two matches at the National Cricket Stadium in Grenada on August 20 and 22, before the third and final match of the series takes place at Warner Park in St Kitts on August 27.
