He has expressed that the General Manager for the league champions, lacks managerial skills to lead the club, thus the need to replace him if the club wants to progress.
The deputy Accra has alleged that due to administrative deficiencies on the part of Nti, the club will be denied a bus from First Capital Plus Bank, the headline sponsor of the Ghana Premier League.
'I like Opoku Nti, because he is a nice gentleman, but frankly speaking, he has no idea about management, so he can't take the club to greater heights,' Sereboe said.
'A big club like kotoko, always contact journalist to write our letters for us, in this Opoku Nti's led administration and that doesn't speak well of us.
'We were supposed to follow simple instructions from the sponsors of the Ghana league, First Capital Plus Bank by opening an account with them, so that our gate proceeds would be deposited into that accounts, but Opoku Nti refused and as a result of this we will by denied a bus from them as the league champions.
'I think he should be replaced as the way forward for the club.'
The former Black Stars and Kotoko player was appointed as the General Manger for Kotoko last season and led the club to their historic double of league and FA Cup titles.
