'Stage Africa', a GTV sports program will celebrate boxing legend Professor Azumah Nelson in a special way tomorrow, show host Jerry Kwame Ayensu has noted.
The former world beater turned 54 yesterday, and as part of Team Stage Africa's efforts to celebrate him for his exploits in the pugilistic world, he would be featured on the show.
Nelson, a Hall of famer, would be given the opportunity to share his life's experiences after hanging his gloves and his 'baby', the Azumah Nelson Foundation.
Also on the show will be former Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) chief Moses Foh Amoaning, who together with the professor, a former Olympian, talks about the state of boxing in the country and Ghana's chances in the forthcoming London 2012 Olympics.
'The boxing professor has done so much for Ghana and the continent as a whole, and there is no better way than to join him celebrate his 54 th birthday on Stage Africa,' Kwame Ayensu mentioned in an interview.
