CAF Champions League Group B leaders, Berekum Chelsea expect to face another tough test yet in this season's competition when they visit TP Mazembe of DR Congo.
The former Ghanaian champions won their opening game, after a hat-trick from leading scorer Emmanuel Clottey earned them a 3-2 home victory over Zamalek on Saturday.
Chelsea go into the crucial second round clash as leaders on the table ahead of six-time African champions Al Ahly, who beat TP Mazembe 2-1.
Despite Ahly beating the 2010 winners, Chelsea stay at the summit with a better goal advantage.
Whilst Chelsea visit Mazembe, Zamalek and Ahly clash in a Cairo derby when the second round of the mini-league fixtures are staged over the weekend of July 20-22.
The group phase of the African Champions League will end on 14-16 September, whereupon the top two teams in each group qualify for the semi-finals.
The winner of November's two-legged final will represent Africa in Fifa's Club World Cup the following month.
