The three-nation U-20 friendly tournament to be hosted by Ghana from Sunday has been moved to Accra.
The competition was originally scheduled to be played in Sekondi but has been moved to the country's capital.
The Black Satellites will be joined by Egypt and Namibia for the competition which starts on Sunday, 8 July.
All the teams will play two matches each with the team with most points winning the competition.
Ghana will open their campaign on 8 July when they take on Namibia in the tournament's opener.
Namibia will take on Egypt two days later before the north Africans play their final game against the hosts on 12 July.
The three countries are preparing for the start of the Africa Youth Championship qualifiers which start later this month.
