Francis Narh's goal from the spot in the second half against ten-man Wa All Stars lifted Tema Youth to the safety zone in the Glo Premier League.
The Tema side won 1-0 at the Tema Stadium and irrespective of the result in their final day fixture are assured of premiership football next season.
It took the home team 55 minutes before breaking the deadlock after an All Stars player fouled his marker in the box.
