Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic has expressed his surprise that the Black Stars had three players dismissed in six games at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars had John Mensah, Derek Boateng and Isaac Vorsah all shown the red cards at the tournament.
Stevanovic saw Ghana's only hope of a medal [bronze] dashed as the Black Stars finished fourth at the competition after losing 2-0 to Mali in the race for third-place on Saturday.
“I did not know that my players were physical because every game we had a red card,” Stevanovic said.
“I don't know why. We need to see what happened.”
