Kumasi, Feb. 27, GNA - Kumasi T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School (Real AMASS), won this year's Ashanti Region Super zonal Inter-Schools and Colleges athletics competition in both the boys and girls categories held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
Real AMASS who are the defending champions picked 117.5 points and received a trophy from the event organizers, the Schools and Colleges Sports Federation.
Prempeh College came second with 83 points followed by Opoku Ware SHS with 62 points to place third.
Ghana National Academy and Nkawie Secondary/Technical School took the fourth and fifth positions with 58 and 47.5 points, respectively.
In the Girls' category, Real AMASS again scored 127 points to emerge champions and were followed by Ghana National Academy with 80 points.
Kumasi Wesley Girls', Kumasi Academy and Osei Kyeretwie SHS placed third, fourth and fifth with 40.5, 39.5 and 38 points, respectively.
Master Akuka Awunime of Prempeh College was voted the over all best athlete in the boys' category while Elizabeth Dadzie of Real AMASS was adjudged the best athlete in the girls' division.
