Olympics chase derby win

Great Olympics have vowed to halt their unimpressive run this term against Liberty Professionals in an Accra derby on Wednesday.

 
Both clubs have enjoyed contrasting fortunes after five rounds of matches as Olympics lie second from bottom and Liberty two points behind leaders Kessben in third place.

 
Olympics head coach Dauda Lutterodt expects his players to rise above the occasion.

 
"The match against Liberty is very difficult but our mental and physical attitude has changed," Lutterodt said.

 
"I admit that Liberty is in good shape at the moment and especially after beating Kotoko soundly in Accra they will be in confident mood, but we are ready for them because we need to take all the maximum points."

 
Kessben FC must work hard to retain their position at the top with the visit of second-place AshantiGold to the Anane Boateng Park in Abrankese.
