Black Stars striker Prince Tagoe has been ruled out of Sunday's World Cup qualifier against Sudan due to an unresolved contractual dispute with his German side TSG Hoffenheim.
Tagoe is meeting with officials of the German Football Federation and Hoffenheim for the next three days to resolve their stand-off.
Even though the 23-year-old has been re-instated he is yet make his debut after his medical report that contradicted the club's that he has a heart problem.
The German Football Federation will issue Tagoe with a license if an independent test with the involvement of both sides.
Hoffenheim have agreed to pay Tagoe's salaries and also compensate him.
The development is a massive blow for the striker who was seeking to establish himself in Milovan Rajevac's set-up.
