Heart of Lions midfielder Daniel Yeboah has attributed his inability to secure a deal at Russian Premier League FC Moscow to ''ill-luck''.

The 25-year-old's one-week trial stint with the capital club turned sour when he collided with one of their strikers during a training exercise.

Yeboah is keen on moving abroad after winning silver with the local Black Stars at the maiden CHAN tournament in Ivory Coast early this year.

He earned a few national team call-ups under Milovan Rajevac's but has failed to retain his position.

“I didn't go on time. I was given a one month visa but due to problems I had to waste most of time in Accra so when I went there the team is in session of playing so I went on very late," Yeboah revealed

“We had a training session for a week and I just crushed into one of their top strikers and he got injured-and that was the saddest part.

“The people were furious with me and I was told by the coach I didn't come early and I have wasted time and I had to pack my bag to Accra.”

Yeboah has played for local sides All Blacks, Liberty Professionals and Asante Kotoko in the Premier League.
