Asante Kotoko have transfer listed six players who have struggled to command places in the team this season.
Defenders Richard Manu, George Asare, Charles Boateng, Owusu Asante and striker Eric Opoku have been told they do not fit into the plans of head coach Isaac Opeele Boatneg for the remainder of the season.
Striker Frederick Quayson who joined from Sekondi Hasaacas this season has already joined struggling AshGold on loan.
Meanwhile six players have been targeted as replacements: Feyenoord's Michael Akuffo, Isaah Saliu(Wa All Stars), Ato Bissa(Hasaacas), Daniel Acquaye(Heart of Lions) and two other players from Tema Youth.
The second transfer window opened on 1 March and will close on 4 April and already a loan deal has been reached for left-back Harrison Afful.
Kotoko want to quickly arrest their inconsistent form in the league which has seen them lie eight points behind leaders and rivals Hearts of Oak.
