
LIONS WANT TO ROAR Caf Champions League campaigners, Heart of Lions, have submitted a list of 25 players to the continental football body ahead of next year's preliminary qualifying round.
The list includes nine new players who joined the Kpando-based side this term.
Lions placed second last season, 16 points behind champions, Asante Kotoko.
Goalkeepers: Stephen Ahorlu, Mozart Adjetey and Joseph Addo
Defenders: Emmannuel Asong, Kweku Andoh, Yusif Issah, Godfried Rockson, Evans Quao, John Kuffour and Joseph Jackson.
Midfielders: Edmund Owusu-Ansah, Bright Nsiah, Dan Yeboah, Abraham Annan, Isaac Morgan, Daniel Acquauye, Anars Mohammed, Kweku Duah, Gladson Awuako.
Strikers: Ibrahim Sulemana, Stephen Owusu, Hans Coffie, Samuel Mantey, Tanko Mohammed, Kofi Nti-Boakye.
