Jonathan Mensah, has rescinded his decision to pull out of the Black Stars squad for today's friendly against Tunisia.
The Free State Stars defender announced last week, he would stay in South Africa and help arrest his side's faltering league campaign.
But he was part of the 18 players that held their first training session under head coach Milovan Rajevac at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Monday.
“My club was not willing to release me because I had a slight injury and this invitation came so they were afraid losing me but after our game against Ajax Cape-Town, I spoke to the director and he allowed me to come,” Mensah told Ghanasoccernet.com
“It tends to be a great thing to me and my nation also for me to get the first opportunity in the senior team to play,” he added.
