Six teams have qualified to participate in the 11th edition of the Central Region Division Two promotional Super Zonal Tournament which comes off at Cape Coast from September 5 to September 12.
Mr Mathew Doe, Chairman of the Central Region Football Association who disclosed this at a meeting with Chairmen of the participating Clubs on Friday at Cape Coast said all second placed teams in the just ended Division Two League from the six zones will engage in a sub-super zonal tournament to promote two more clubs to bring the total number of teams to eight to compete in the super zonal tournament for the 2007/2008 season.
The six clubs which have qualified to participate in the super zonals are Cape Coast Nadel Ahli Rovers, Dunkwa-On-Offin Starke F/C, Mankessim Striking Force, Ekotsi Hi-Kings F/C, Kasoa Bagojet F/C and Agona Swedru Amanpong F/C. Source: gna - Ghana News Agency
