Tano, Rasta Out With Album
Kofi Tanoh, a UK-based highlife musician has collaborated with one of Ghana’s finest artistes, K. Twum to release a joint musical album titled, “Aso Me Mu”.

The two have promised to shake the showbiz industry with a new brand of life musical performances and stagecraft.

The album which is being aired on some local radio stations will be release later this July.

The album has a total of 12 tracks on the CD and eight on cassette, including the reigning track, ‘Odo Pa’, with its glamorous video featuring the silky-voiced K. Twum aka Rasta.

Kofi Tanoh told BEATWAVES in a chat that his album and music videos are carefully packaged to meet the demand of music lovers.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to listen to all the songs on the album would attest to the fact that Kofi and Rasta are not only ready to take the local music industry to another level, but also capable of mounting a stage anywhere to compete favourably with well acclaimed artistes.

The album is exceptionally appealing because it has strong messages on love affairs. Kofi Tanoh told BEATWAVES in a chat that he is ready to mount the international platform to perform alongside big stars. He disclosed that he had worked tirelessly for years on his musical career to enable him rub shoulders with those on the charts.

Some of the hit songs on the album include “Odo Mame Anigye”. This particular song has a fast tempo tune which any soul music lover would appreciate. It is indeed an all-time masterpiece, fit for all occasions.

The song, “Odo Pa”, featuring K. Twum aka Rasta, is already a radio hit.

“Sansuo Ma Me” is another bouncy track on the album which is a perfect African love song. There are other songs like “Aye Me De”, and “Odo Yewu Nkomo Na Ekume”.

Having sung for several years, Kofi Tanoh has a voice and demeanor that are appealing to music lovers. The lyrics of his songs are really inspirational and motivational. The album is being distributed by Kumasi Market.
