This is indeed a positive step taken by the Gov. but my ? is are the PCs solar or made to benefit those lit´l bro´s and sisters who live in the places cut out from electricity. See before we can think of catching up with the modern world we need to put in place some common and basic needs of today. First common things like electricity, water road and etc for all, then we can talk about computer per Child otherwise it will be another myth like allways, and it will only benefit lucky ones in the city and the rich hence RURAL URBAN MIGRATION. We allways try to run away from the reallity but we can´t run away from the set backs NO. First equal rights and justice ( Equal share of national CAKE ) and that will be the perfect PEACE. WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS TYPE OF POLITICS.
