I am just writing in support of Daniel Pryce's article and wonder if we even have an age of consent in the Constitution, and if there's none l think it's sooner a law is passed. Truly, what a shame it is that the Ghanaian man is proding on this innocent little girls for his sexual prowess, again what a shame this guys should be of themselves. Dear Minister of Women and Children's Affairs please the ball is in your court.

you are very right.men who abuse young girls should be punished and not go free.they should be jugded as criminals with severe punishment, so that others wont hoarse the underage girls.it's a pity that, some girls die due to the f**lishness of supid, sick, mad men who think they are smart and clever.general education on this topic in schools would also help.the girls should learn how to say NO! and report such things when they happen.

Bravo,Please write more of this and try to get it in other media channels.
I strogly agree with you that, child bride should be criminalised. The Gilr's father and the shameless "groom" should go to jail. All must start from the city too, where there "sugar-daddies" who think their practice is decent. It's just the same. Further more, many traditional chiefs are guilty of it. So, it calls for national action and must be criminalised.
God help us, if those to act will even do it, may be they are sugar-daddies and mummies themselves.
