KAIRO INTERNATIONAL'S La Palm Casino, sponsors of Abedi Pele's Nania Football Club, last Wednesday presented items worth GH¢14, 000 to New Horizon School at Cantonments in Accra.

According to Fred Owusu, Finance and Administrative Manager of La Palm Casino, the items include 150 plastic chairs, a public address system, bags of fabrics for tie and dye, a lawnmower, a chest freezer, a standing fridge, sets of carpentry tools, canon printers, a fax machine, drum set for culture purposes and 220 bags of cement.

Mr. Colin Parker, General Manager of La Palm Casino said, “It is my wish that these kids join society with a vocation to enhance their living status.”

Mr. Owusu, who stood in for the Slots Manager of La Palm Casino, Hayati Turan, said presently the casino is sponsoring eight kids by way of school fees and other miscellaneous expenses to the tune of GH¢3,000 annually.

Speaking to the press, Mr. Owusu called on the public to patronize the casino's live games which include three American Roulettes and five cards tables, the Texas Hold em, Black Jack and Caribbean Stud Poker to enjoy real pleasure.

He stated that Kairo International represents the total spectrum of investment and development in the gaming, leisure and entertainment industry, as it adds a professional touch to areas that have had minor or no experience in the concept of gaming and the group currently has investments in South Africa, Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana.
