Former President Jerry John Rawlings has launched a blistering attack on the Mills led- National Democratic Congress (NDC) government, describing his ministers as illiterates who lack the requisite experience to manage affairs of the state.

According to him, the ministers under the NDC members of Parliament (MP's) are illiterates and do not know anything about state governance.

He explained that, the ministers under the administration cannot even tell anything about their own department since they were not current.

The former dictator said these on Adom fm, an Accra based radio station last week, which he warned President Mills about the slow governance leading to the fall of economic crisis in the state.

He cautioned President Mills to take very good care about how the ruling system is going because Ghanaians have started making bad comments.

According to him, Ghanaians love the National Democratic Congress party (NDC) and their hearts are dedicated to it.

“If Mills does not take proper care and looks unconcerned about where and the Ghanaian economy is moving, the NDC party will fall in 2012 and will never resurrect,” Ex-President Rawlings stressed.

He cautioned that that, if mills do not act fast, NDC was going to lose the 2012 elections and can never come back to power again.

“Mills needs to take advice which will help him to focus on good governance for Ghanaians to love his administration,” he held.
