Nana Kwaku Bonsam, the Akomadan-Afrancho based fetish priest on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu 11, Asantehene, at Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
He presented two rams and Schnapps to the Asantehene and GH¢1,000 to support the Otumfuo Education Fund.
Otumfuo Osei Tutu urged him to use his powers to support the development of the region and the nation as a whole.
Addressing the media after the call, Nana Bonsam said he had nothing against Christians and Christianity in general and appealed to pastors who called at radio stations to attack him to stop that practice.
He urged them to concentrate on the propagation of the Gospel and salvation.
Nana Bonsam said Christianity and traditional religion were forms of worship and it was not necessary for people to create an impression that he was against God.
He noted that the mentioning of the name of God during libation was a clear manifestation of his support and allegiance to the almighty God who listened to mankind irrespective of their religion.
Nana Asabre Ababio, Acting 'Nsumankwahene' for Manhyia called on Ghanaians to revisit their cultural values to help check all forms of social vices now assuming alarming levels in the country.
