This is in preparation for the celebration of the church's 25th anniversary tomorrow. There was also a one-week lecture on topics like HIV/AIDS, prostrate cancer, breast cancer, hypertension, diabetes, diarrhoea and peptic ulcer. Dr Prince Daitey of the Cocoa Clinic, encouraged the people to go for voluntary screening at least twice a year, to be sure of their health status. He also advised women to examine their breasts and report any changes in them to the nearest hospital as early as possible. |
