Dear Friend of the Next Generation Youth League int.(NGYL),

'The Democratic People˘s Party and the Great Consolidated Popular Party have boycotted the launch of a Code of Conduct developed by the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) to regulate the conduct of political parties contesting Election 2008'.

The above was carried by Joy news ( an private FM station based in Accra) on the night of 24th July,2008.

The Next Generation Youth League int. associates with the above sentiments. It has come just at a time when the association has also completed a presentation on the matter which considers a broader picture of the issue and calls on all stakeholders to immediately intervene because of the sensitive nature of the issue and the consequences which can be very telling on our socio economic and political well being as Ghanaians.

Please find the presentation of NGYL attached to this mail and do well to publish it on your medium for us so that an intellectual debate can be commenced on the matter with the view of having a sustainable solution to the issue
