There can be no difficulty in evaluating the credibility of Emmanuel Katto & Roberto Yacobi, when you do a Google search, an interesting & colourful picture emerges of their business dealings.

The very fact that Emmanuel Katto participated first in the encashment of promissory notes issued by the Ugandan & Kenyan governments,then supplied “Junk/Scrap Helicopters” and in some cases failed to supply any goods or services at all, all matters which are not in dispute, raises against him a strong prima facie case that he is unreliable & dishonest.

By contrast, Roberto Yacobi is a charming, softly spoken, educated intelligent and likeable man, but nonetheless an unreliable & dishonest man, a charming deceiver whose integrity and credibility is also a matter which is no longer in dispute when you find the article, “Roberto Yacobi accused of defrauding the state close to 2,000 million pesetas” The article uncovers his numerous fraudulent activities all across Europe. Due to his proneness to dramatise, he often loses the ability to tell fact from fiction.

Emmanuel Katto is defrauding the Ghanaian Government with the help of Lord David Steel, the Wood Group & a few prominent Ghanaian citizens, just as he has done many times before in his fraudulent arms deals.
