Accra, July 31, GNA - The Meteorological Services Department on Sunday announced that the weather is expected to remain cold and humid with mist and fog over the coastal, forest and hilly areas this morning. Drizzle or light rain might affect the coastal and Western regions during the period. In the afternoon or evening, however, there would be an outbreak of isolated thunderstorms or rain showers over both the northern and middle sectors of the country.
Maximum and minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Sunday and 0600 hours on Monday were quoted as, coastal areas, between 28 and 23 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas between 29 and 21 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 30 and 22 degrees Celsius.
