My senior sister, Amanda Buah, three days ago sent me a screenshot of Gordon Dogbe on the KSM Show, because she thought I would be really impressed and inspired. So I quickly Googled his name and later got in touch with him to seek his permission to feature him on my blog.

In fact, I am mesmerised by the daring exploits of Startup Gh, which is Gordon Dogbe's firm. And he has actually earned my reverence. For some folks have been quite cynical about my ambitions as a 19 year old writing entrepreneur. But Gordon Dogbe has proven that Ghanaian teenagers are capable of achieving remarkable feats by dint of passion.

Moreover, Gordon Dogbe, who describes himself as more of a change leader, founded Startup Gh more than a year ago. His entrepreneurial motive was to help create a business network where young people will learn about entrepreneurial leadership skills. That is, skills that will enable them succeed in any career or field.

This is because he had realised that our school system had failed to carry out his burning desire. No wonder he is extremely passionate about youth development, innovation, business education, entrepreneurship etc., and he is very committed to pursuing his innate passion to the full.

That is what Startup Gh stands for; "Nurturing the Next Frontier of Ghanaian Entrepreneurs," as their slogan goes. Mr. Dogbe's impressive dedication to his social enterprise's mission made him one of Ghana's top 30 under 30 pioneers in 2015, and Startup Gh winning startup organisation support of that same year.

Gosh, this is a wonderful sign of huge succeses Gordon Dogbe is destined to accomplish as a change leader. Yes, this was how the likes of Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg started in their late teens as budding entrepreneurs.

Also, I can confidently tell that Gordon Dogbe has endless prospects as a promising social entrepreneur. He interestingly told me that, "My greatest ambition is to become one of Africa's youngest most successful entrepreneurs and change leaders. I want to be like Dangote at a relatively young age."

This is highly possible since Patrick Ewuah, one of Gordon's role models, started undertaking overwhelming works at a fairly young age. Gordon Dogbe, a socialiser, encourages fellow youths to create their own paths and follow their hearts, avoid limiting their potentials, and to always grab opportunities.
