Volta NDC releases campaign team list

The Volta Region's National Democratic Congress (NDC) has released a provisional list of members to serve on its 2016 campaign team.

The 15 member taskforce is to be headed by the party's Director of International Affairs and former MP for Ho Central Mr Kofi Attor .

Others in the list are Prosper Bani, Minister of Interior & Finance Committee Chairman, John Kojo Gyapong; Regional & Political Committee Chairman, Francis Ganyaglo, Deputy Regional Minister and Torgbui Nyonyo Agboada, Business Investment Committee Chairman

In an interview with citifmonline.com, the Regional Secretary, Simon Amegashie Viglo said the appointment was done in consultation with the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party but pending the approval of the President.

“The NDC in the Volta Region has in consultation with NEC appointed the people as members of the Volta Region Campaign Taskforce for the 2016 Elections but it is yet to be approved by the President” he explained.

Below is the full list of the people named for the campaign team.

1. Kofi Attor – (NDC Director  of Int. Affairs) – Leader

2. Prosper Bani – Minister of Interior & Finance Committee Chairma

3. John Kojo Gyapong – Reg Chairman & Political Committee Chairman

4. Francis Ganyaglo – Deputy Reg Minister
5. Torgbui Nyonyo Agboada – Business Investment Committee Chairman

7. Henry Ametefee – Reg Organiser & Elections Committee Chairman

8. Kafui Agbleze – Reg Communication Officer
9. Egypt Kobla Kudoto – Reg Youth Organiser
10. Mercy Kuada – Reg Women Organiser
11. Pascal Agbagba – Reg Director of Elections

12. Solomon Kuyon – Representative of MDCEs
13. Joseph Amenowode – Representative of MPs Caucus
