NDC and NPP Must Ceasefire In The Walewale constituency
21.07.2016 LISTEN

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE BENEFICENT THE MOST MERCIFUL.

" The powerful will do what they can,and the weak will suffer what they must".

Surah Al-Anfal(6), Verse 25:
And guard yourselves against a chastisement which cannot fall exclusively on those of you who are wrong-doers, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.

It is this reason that CMYA deemed it as a duty to respond to the current happenings, political clashes between the NDC and NPP in the Walewale constituency.

Islam has been misrepresented by somewhat Muslims and extremist/fundamentalist, Where as in actually sense, Islam teaches the opposite. Of late many politicians have taken advantage of this popular bad images, especially within the Islamic faith, to group the unfortunate ones to perpetrate political violence against their opponents.

َُ " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ، وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ "

.
Narrated 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (an evil doing) and killing him is Kufr (disbelief)."

Sahih Bukhari book2 Hadith 41.
We wish to put it on record that, it is very unfortunate and sad to note that, instead of the youth to use this time to tap the expertise of the NPP vice Presidential hopeful Dr.Alhaj Mahamudu Bawumia and the Hon.regional minister Mr.Abdullar Abubakar who doubles as Parliamentary candidate for NDC in the constituency, to develop the constituency, the youth from both camps are rather engaged in numerous conflicts ranging from violence to destructive: Verbal attacks, arm conflicts, and so on.

Surah 2 Verse 256
"لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ....."
"There is no compulsion in religion;...", and so shall it be politics.

Surah An-Nahl, Verse 125:
Call people to the Way of your Rabb with wisdom and best advice, and reason with them, if you have to, in the most courteous manner: for your Rabb knows best who strays from His Way and He knows best who is rightly guided.

All citizens including political leaders have a responsibility to practice political tolerance in their words and actions which is a key principle in Democracy.

.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) sent Mu`adh to Yemen and said, "Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah."

Sahih Bukhari
(Oppressions) Sahih al-Bukhari 2448

Abu Sirmah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever causes harm, Allah harms him, and whoever is harsh, Allah will be harsh with him."

While politicians in de East Mamprusi are Competing to develop their people, it is de opposite in West Mamprusi

Hon.Hajia Halima(NPP) and Hon.Imoro Adam(NDC) can boast of Nursing Training and College of Education respectively. The political Demagogues of West Mamprusi, both NDC and NPP, are putting their failures on the delays of District Assembly Common funds as well as the Mp Common funds.

Their speeches have made the people blind, their relations are divided on political lines instead of kinship and religion, their hearts are tortured, their ears only listing to Music, their mouths are blessed with shit and insults and their bodies are only conflicts reflectors. Grouping is not possible except for political reasons. The innocent and frustrated souls are hopeless. When?Where? How? And Who? Remain the questions for both the youth and the authorities.

Ayyub bin Musa narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah said : "There is no gift that a father gives his son more virtuous than good manners."

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1952
'Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: "(The burden of) what is said by the two who vilify each other is upon the one who initiated it, as long as the one who was wronged does not transgress."
