Summer Leadership camp Slated For July 24-30

Lead Afrique International, organizers of Ghana’s leading vacation camp for children will organize the second edition of its ‘Leadership Farm’ in July this year.

The camp meeting which starts from July 24-30 aims to unearth leadership potentials and greatness in Ghanaian children.

The 2016 leadership camp will be held at the Girls Guide Training Center, Achimota and the theme for this year event is “Self-Mastery, Painting Our Future”.

Leadership Farm is a self-discovery summer camp for upper primary, junior high, senior high, and university-bound young people between ages 9-18.

Participants will gain powerful skills in self-awareness, personal growth, confidence, and self- esteem in an environment that fosters learning and success.

The Co-Founder of Lead Afrique International, Mr. Michael Ohene-Effah, assured parents of protection for their wards since the camp has been secured against intrusion.

He said ten participants will be grouped and assigned a mentor, who will help take care of them, assist them during lessons and general ensure their well-being.

Mr. Ohene- Effah noted that a resident graduate nurse from 37 military hospital has been assigned at the camp in order to respond to all medical emergencies.

“Leadership camp is a carefully designed programme that aims to spot, select, train, and cultivate the next generation of leaders in every sector of the economy,” he stated

The Co-Founder of Lead Afrique International hinted that participants will also gain powerful skills in communication, personal organization and growth, confidence, and self-esteem.

He added that, participants will engage in outdoor activities such as golf practice and pay a visit to the Okyeahene palace.
