A law lecturer at the Central University Law School has refuted claims that the former National Youth Organiser of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Abu Ramadan and Evans Nimako lost their case with the Electoral Commission.
Yaw Ampong said he does not see why people especially legal practitioners could be peddling such falsehood in the face of the obvious truth.
“The argument that the plaintiff [Abu Ramadan and Evans Nimako] lost the case is not entirely true,” he said.
