A candidate in the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) has died at Kintampo in the Brong Ahafo Region, Monday.
Kintampo North Director of Education, Yaw Adomakon Poku, disclosed David Mohokor passed away on Monday, June 13.
Narrating the incident to Joynews, Poku said the candidate who was a student of Justlove Preparatory Junior High School complained of a headache in the morning.
According to him, the frequent nature of the complaint compelled them to rush him to the Kintampo hospital for medical care.
Mohokor was declared dead in the evening by the medical superintend at the Kintampo hospital.
