Accra, April 28, GNA - Busy, an internet service provider, has launched a new Mobile Application (App) for Android devices known as 'My Busy4G', to provide convenience, ease of accessibility and speedy response to all customer needs.

Mrs Linda Narh, Head of Marketing at Busy, who launched the product at a breakfast meeting with the Company's corporate clients in Accra on Thursday, said customers could now download the App from Google Play Store and log in to the self-care service using their unique log-in details.

She said 'using the mobile App, customers could easily top up and bundle data, track their data usage and take full control of their data usage on the Busy 4G network'.

Mrs Narh said the add-on to the Busy range of services to its cherished customers aims at ultimately enhancing the experiences for all Busy 4G users, while empowering them to enjoy self-service at all times.

She urged all existing Busy 4G customers to download the App for free on Google Play Store, and also other data users to join the Busy family to enjoy its unlimited freebies.

He said with the current range of services, Internet Service Users now stand to benefit more from the company's relatively innovative products and services at a more affordable cost.

The Management of Busy, through the periodic breakfast meetings, intends to create a forum not only to express its profound gratitude to its customers for reposing their confidence and trust in the company over the years, but to also take feedback from them to help reshape the services for quality delivery, he said.

Mr Sadalage said the company had also invested in its service infrastructure, to enable it to meet the growing demands of the business sector, particularly, large corporate institutions, Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as Small Office Home Offices.

He said Busy understood the varying needs of its clients which ranged from internet connectivity, network security to wide area network deployments and also 'appreciate and acknowledge the cost impacts on your businesses and that is why we have bespoke services suitable for business needs'.

He introduced some of the company's products and services as internet access that comes as unlimited internet or business data bundles, and which comes in dual sub-categories made up of the Business Max Internet packages for Small and Medium Enterprises, or the Business Ultra packages for medium to large businesses.
