The State Of Our Security

The State Of Our Security
11.02.2016 LISTEN

If a man of prominence like a member of parliament can be killed like chicken in his own palace, what should the commoner as myself do?

Many a time, Ghanaians take things for granted. We worry about unnecessary things and give prominence to them at the expense of the other. The irony of the matter is that, what should be given prominence is rather discarded as rags!

Are we safe in our own motherland? Are we not assassinated and slaughtered like domestic animals? Remember fennec Okyere, Kwaw Kesse's manager and Ecobank branch manager at tema who were all killed for selfish purposes? Why?

Just yesterday, a whole MP has joined the list and the culprits and their accomplices roam about freely... hmmm... the state of our security is nothing good...

This is not only a call to the government alone but to all good citizenry of this beloved country. We are gradually fading out of this land to the silent one through abysmal and bizarre ways... and this is really uncalled for!

Let us all forget about the Gitmo detainees for they have come to stay and rather form a concerted security for our country to safeguard the future of our children.

A good citizen does not wait for a mishap before proving that indeed he or she is good. Let us be the watchdogs of our society and help fish out all uncouth and unmannerly behavior that put the state of our security in jeorpady...

Let us help to be helped. JB died bitterly, it could be you or I the next time.

Would you wait and be slaughtered like chicken before you report that murderer you are accommodating and calling it hospitality? Remember, dead men do not talk and cannot help. Report any unlawful act to save a life while you can before it becomes too late. PEACE!!!
