Accra, Feb. 10, GNA - FBNBank Ghana has opened a second branch on the Spintex Road in Accra, bringing to 18 the number of branches across the country.

The outdooring of the branch is a demonstration of commitment to become the clear leader in Ghana's financial sector as well as set the standard for customer experience and excellence in the financial services solutions.

Mr Joseph Yieleh Chireh, The Board Chairman, said the Bank in keeping with its vision has re-equipped and re-tooled as part of its re-branding process using the key enablers of technology, branding and resources to differentiate the Bank from its competitors.

Mr Seyi Oyefeso, MD/CEO, FBN Bank, said the Bank has aimed at meeting the needs of different stakeholders groups in other to provide value, meaning and opportunities for them.

Mr Oyefeso said FBNBank would leave no stone unturned to improve 'touchpoints' through which customers access services with the introduction of new solution-based products and services for individuals and the business community.

To this extent, he said FBNBank is the only Bank issuing and activating personalized MasterCard cards instantly in the country to customers.
